Gillian Brown, Coaching & Development Director

gillian_portraitThe founder of Full Circle Development, Gillian’s passion and energetic drive towards excellence in coaching has seen her company rapidly become a UK market leader in leadership development, coaching and coach training. A champion of professional development, Gillian is a true entrepreneurial leader at the forefront of coaching and leadership growth in the UK.

Gillian is an acclaimed transformational coach and trainer with a client list of leaders and managers spanning law, property, banking, construction, IT, retail NHS and government. Her coaching and leadership development work is recognised as innovative and empowering, evoking awareness and actions that lead to success. She has supported the growth of hundreds of organisations, working in partnership to identify key areas of organisational development. This collaborative approach assists in redefining strategic vision, improving performance and developing the personal ability of teams using facilitated learning and coaching as a foundation to challenge, focus and motivate.

Gillian’s extensive experience was founded upon a 10 year career in Human Resources and prior to Full Circle she led New U Coaching as Development & Coaching Director. She is also one of ICAS’s key speakers in areas of leadership and management development, a panel member of the Evolutionary Institute and a member of the International Coach Federation, the Association for Coaches, an Associate Member of the CIPD and the Institute of Directors.

Gill MacAskill, Senior Development Coach and Trainer

Gill has extensive expertise in Coaching in all aspects of leadership, management development, performance and change, across all levels of Senior Executive and Director roles.  Her articulate and diplomatic communication style helps to encourage actions which develop personal growth and behavioural change. She is passionate about supporting people to recognise their own development needs and is committed to deliver the tools to prepare for the necessary changes that lead to greater success.

As a Senior Development Coach and Trainer, Gill is an expert in designing and delivering coaching and management development programmes across a wide range of industries. She has worked in partnership with both Senior Management and High Performing Teams supporting the implementation of sustainable strategies for development and growth.

Gill has supported individuals at all levels through Career Transition coaching and is a coach mentor of business leaders of small businesses, supporting development and strategic growth, including succession planning, communication and behavioural change.

Founded on career experience as a Recruitment Consultant and Business Advisor, Gill has over 12 years experience as a Coach and is a member and an Accredited Coach with the International Coach Federation.

Ruchi Shah-Mehta, Development Coach & Trainer

With a strong belief in empowering individuals to fulfil their aspirations and realise their potential, Ruchi was inspired to become a coach and coach trainer. Her coaching and people development work has been recognised as motivational, insightful and dynamic.  She has coached people at various corporate levels across a multitude of industries in both the public and private sectors.

Ruchi has worked in the communications industry for 13 years and has extensive experience of managing and leading teams.  She has worked across a range of communications disciplines including public relations and integrated communications and is passionate about the most vital aspect- people!

Ruchi is a member and Accredited Coach by the International Coach Federation and holds a post graduate Diploma in Marketing. She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, an associate of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and an associate of the Professional Speaking Association.

 

Jane Welsh, Office Manager

jane_portraitJane joined the Full Circle Development Team in June 2013 having spent 15 years providing HR managerial support in the financial, legal and education sectors.

Jane brings with her a variety of generalist HR experience including policy development, recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management and employment legislation.  She is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and has a BA (Hons) in Commerce. Jane is a member and an Accredited Coach with the International Coach Federation.

Jane’s approachable manner allows her to establish client relationships quickly and effectively.
