He is an ICF trained coach, a Chartered FCIPD professional and holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Development together with a Bachelors in Psychology. He is also accredited by the British Psychological Society to interpret Ability and Personality psychometrics (MBTI and 16PF) and uses this knowledge of psychology extensively in his coaching work.

Coaching clients appreciate Kate’s intuitive, caring approach and the positive impact her ability to challenge, guide and support brings.  Kate is passionate about her work with a belief in having some fun along the way! 


Throughout her professional career Kate has endeavoured to provide exceptional service but it has always been building relationships with others, partnership and supporting others in their development that have been her key focus, whether it be managers, teams or employees. She has experience coaching, guiding and advising at various levels of organisations. 


Kate is a member of, and an Accredited Coach with the International Coach Federation. She holds a BComm in Business Studies, a Masters in Human Resource Management and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Kate also completed her SHRM Senior Certified Professional whilst living and working in Houston, Texas.  Kate is now enjoying her second expatriation in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
