Associate Development Coach and Trainer
Anita is a passionate advocate of development coaching, a passion that has evolved during more than fifteen years’ of working closely with people in the professional services arena. She has been described by clients as “focused, extremely effective, professional, insightful, aspiring and supportive”.
Anita has a deep awareness of the potential for individuals to strategically create and sustain transformational personal and career related success. She encourages the promotion of a coaching culture within businesses as an exceptionally effective method for people development, heightened morale and revenue growth. She has worked with leaders, partners, associates and business owners as well as individuals starting their careers or making a change. She has assisted major organisations and SME leaders and HR directors with strategic recruitment and expansion projects during her time in the City of London.
Anita first qualified as a solicitor with international law firm CMS Cameron McKenna before she spent several years as a specialist professional recruiter with a leading independent firm. She went on to lead the coaching practice at a London recruitment company. Her extensive experience of working with professionals at all levels, combined with her coaching skills, enables her to deliver transformative personal and organisational development coaching with a commitment to sustaining that growth. She also coaches high schools students in relation to CVs and interviews and is a coach and mentor to young adults. Anita remains a member of the Law Society and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation.
