Coach Mentoring & Supervision

Coach Mentoring & Supervision is pivotal to you and your organisation's sustained development.

Coaching supervision is a formal process of professional support, which ensures continuing development of you as the coach and the effectiveness of your coaching practice through interactive reflection, interpretative evaluation and the sharing of expertise.

Supervision sessions are a place for you to reflect on the work you are undertaking, develop your coaching competence, skills and confidence.

As a certified coach, it is important that you strive to develop and improve your coaching skills, techniques and approaches, enhancing your own potential, enabling you to succeed further in your coaching career.

Coaching supervision and mentoring creates a regular opportunity for professional coaches to reflect upon their coaching and the impact it’s had with their client. By reflecting upon your coaching practice, you will develop better tools and techniques. You will also generate personal insights and discover the best way to meet your coaching objectives.

Coaching Hubs

2016 brings a brand new programme for developing coaches.  The purpose of the Coaching Hub is to support you as coaches in your continued professional and personal development.

Our Coaching Hubs are designed to be challenging, energising and are packed full of new information that will help you learn, develop and grow.  In our Coaching Hubs we only take up to a maximum of 25 coaches at any one time, as we want to make the learning relevant, informative and experiential.  At the end of every Coaching Hub session you will go away with a new range of practical tools and techniques that can be put into practice immediately.

This year our Coaching Hubs require you to sign up for the full programme.  (6 days) These sessions will take place on a Saturday and start at 10am and wrap up by 3pm, with a short lunch break.

At the end of each Coaching Hub session there will be an hour of coaching ‘triad’ practice, to assist you in putting your learning from the session into practice.

At the end of the programme you will receive a certificate with CCE’s from the ICF. You will also receive a course manual and workbook to assist your and your on-going learning.  For more information on the Coaching Hub Schedule for 2016 go to our courses page.
